Ovation was co-founded by and is currently managed by Terry
D. Cordell. Mr. Cordell was awarded a Juris Doctor, cum laude,
from the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables,
Florida, and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. He
received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the
University of North Florida, and a Masters in Business
Administration in Finance, Decision Sciences and Corporate
Strategy from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at
Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois.
Mr. Cordell's legal experience is focused in bankruptcy,
complex commercial litigation and consumer credit rights. Mr.
Cordell has litigated complex bankruptcy issues involving ponzi
schemes, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and the Florida
Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and has managed and/or
administered numerous receiverships and bankruptcy estates.
Mr. Speranzella, also cofounder of Ovation received his Juris
Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law and was
admitted to practice in the State of Maryland in 1981. Mr.
Speranzella brings over 23 years experience specializing in
corporate law, corporate governance, international corporate
transactions, and in directing complex commercial litigation.
Prior to co-founding Ovation Credit Services, Mr. Speranzella
has held senior management and legal positions with major,
public, multinational corporations, including Lockheed Martin
Corporation, the Lagardere Group, and Breed Technologies, Inc.
Additionally, Mr. Speranzella spent seven years as the
Supervisor of Data Processing for the credit card operations of
Citicorp Financial, Inc.
